After your confirmation, we will then cancel your registration and remove all information about you and all audio files pertaining to you from our website.

2. The member allows gospel music writer to host audio files uploaded by the composer, author or interpreter member on their servers and authorizes free online access to those audio files by others members. He will also choose the timing of online submission or removal of his audio files to or from the other members.

3. The member is responsible for all data transmitted to the website (audio files, contents of audio files, and any other information). In exercise of this responsibility, he guarantees he holds the appropriate property rights for online publication of a piece of music work. He shall refrain from uploading audio files on which he does not have rights as the author, the composer, or the representative of the work or group to gospel music writer.

4. The member shall refrain from uploading any document or data with anti-semitic, racialist, or otherwise law-infringing content.

5. The member undertakes to respect the religious beliefs of each person and not to use any doctrinal argument to judge another member on the music work he is submitting online. In this sense, he will refrain from discussing purely doctrinal issues.

6. The member is at any time free to cancel his registration. In such a case, gospel music writer will remove from its website all contents supplied by the resigning member upon receipt of the cancellation request. From this moment on, gospel music writer will cease communicating information about the resigning member and his submitted contents to its promotion network.

7. gospel music writer allows itself a possible thinkover period of 3 days before making a music work visible to other members or permanently accepting on their webservers. This thinkover period aims at preventing any illegal action, and notably copyright infringement. In case of proven fraud, gospel music writer will delete the fraudulent content without notice and cancel the member's registration and his online account.

8. gospel music writer reserves the right to delete any online audio file proven to infringe upon author's rights.

9. The member accepts that the information he submits to the website will be disclosed to third parties for promotion purposes.

10. The member accepts that the music works he submits online will remain freely accessible for listening, commenting and rating by other members.

11. The member may serve as a representative to one or more artists or musical groups, provided he has obtained due prior authorization from the artists or musical groups involved for online upload of the music works.

12. The member must have reached the age of majority before registering and submitting a work online. Any minor composer must be represented by his legal tutor or referent label.

13. Services of registration, online submission of works, management of information and online works are provided free of charge by gospel music writer. gospel music writer will under no circumstance require payment for those services.

14. The member undertakes to cast at least one vote per session, in order to be entitled to listing his works at the following sessions. By not taken part in the mandatory voting session, the member exposes his works to be outlisted for the session in which he wishes them to be listed.

15. gospel music writer reserves the technical right to perform format and calibration changes on all audio files submitted by the member. Such changes aim at providing better content transmission by gospel music writer's audio servers or to reduce the size of audio files through compression.

16. gospel music writer undertakes not to disclose any information to its partners, even for promotion of a member, without explicit request from the member involved. This rule is to guarantee no action is taken without the member's knowledge and ability to express legitimate reservations.

17. The member accepts to be contacted by the partner network of gospel music writer. A partner will be authorized to contact a member to offer his services. Partners can be of diverse nature, such as recording studios, labels, producers, managers, publishing houses, sponsors, etc.

18. gospel music writer cannot be held responsible of the outcome of possible contacts between the member and the partner of gospel music writer. gospel music writer submits the contacts of one or more partners to a member and advises the member to seek adequate competence as to how to deal with this or these partners.

19. A partner of gospel music writer may wish to contact a member even if the latter has not won a session award on the website. While the contact request will be forwarded to the member involved in this case, emphasis will still remain on members having won one or more sessions.

20. gospel music writer waives all responsibility for damage to computer data or operating system resulting to a user in relation with a software offer. The user is sole responsible of installing a software offered by gospel music writer. Software offered by gospel music writer are provided without warranty, even when the software is written by gospel music writer.

21. gospel music writer reserves the right to include a marking soundtrack in the music files uploaded to the website, as part of its fraud prevention program.
